Same column as Spielberg and Nolan!

When I was a kid, the arrival of the new issue of the Radio Times and the TV Times was an important event in my household. These two publications covered, in depth, all four television channels.

That’s right everyone, there were only four stations broadcasting in England in those days. In fact, I can remember when that fourth channel started up… Ahhhh Channel 4, how I loved thee. 

Anyway, long story short, my dad just sent me this little scoop:

There’s Splinter, the little horror movie that could, listed as a “Worth Watching” in the Radio Times right alongside The Dark Knight, and Minority Report. Awesome! And I must say, that is the least spoilery capsule review I have ever read for the film “Entertaining horror thriller in which a couple are car-jacked and held hostage.”
