"an eerie, bloody slice of old-school horror fun."

A new review of Splinter posted over the weekend at Quadruple Z. Here are some quotes, but you can read the whole thing HERE.

“Splinter is an eerie, bloody slice of old-school horror fun.”

“a thick atmosphere of dread, spine-tingling tension and a fresh, disturbing new monster the likes of which have never been seen before.”

“This would make a great, midnight party movie to watch with friends who like their thrills and chills in a tight, satisfying package.”

Australian Splinter DVD Art

Splinter Austalian DVD Cover Art

It’s no secret that I love to see the various international artwork for my movies as they roll out around the world, and this blood drenched, spike encrusted Splinter artwork from Australia is no expection. The MPAA’s jurisdiction over all American film advertising means that we rarely get to see anything as cool as this in the US.

Other fun art I have blogged about before includes Mexico, Germany, Poland, Turkey, UK, and I’m waiting to see if there’s going to be a special poster for Russia. Fingers crossed.
