The WeekinRewind film blog and @WeekinRewind the Twitter stream of film critic Christopher Smith just announced a DVD giveaway for Splinter. He’s got five copies, and is orchestrating a massive Twitter contest to choose the winners.
You have to jump through a few simple hoops, but it’s all in the name of spreading the word about Splinter, and that can’t be bad for a little indie like this. So please take a moment to enter this thinking outside the box contest HERE.

Watch it right here, right after “The Reader” review from Ben Lyons:

“a tight and tense horror treat”
They gave it a “B”, and there’s a little slide bar mechanism for readers to rate the movie themselves which I would love everyone to do.
Another review just popped up on film blog site BloodyGoodHorror.com, and they really seem to like it, giving it a 9/10!
“Toby Wilkins brings it to life with some fantastic direction. Add to that some great performances and killer monster effects and you have yourself a very solid little horror film. Watch it alone or with some friends, but just watch it. Trust me.”
