Awesome interview with Splinter star Jill Wagner on G4. She seriously rocks! And you can read more about what’s going on inside the interviewer’s mind HERE.
The awesome folks over at New York Magazine are hosting my 2006 short film “Kidney Thieves” in support of the release of Splinter. This of course is in addition to publishing film critic David Edelstein’s rave review from a few days ago.
Please check out the short, it’s something writer Ben Acker and I are very proud of. The film stars Ethan Embry (Empire Records, Eagle Eye), Paget Brewster (Criminal Minds), and Paul F. Tompkins (Best Week Ever).

A. O. Scott of the New York Times had some nice things to say about Splinter.
“Working from an efficient, bare-bones script by Ian Shorr and Kai Barry, the director, Toby Wilkins, honors the conventions of the genre with skill and enough wit to keep the scares sharp.”
“The monsters - are as gruesome as zombies and as creepy as bugs.”
My friend Spooky Dan (host of Bloody Disgusting TV) and I sat down for a short chat to talk a bit about Splinter. You can see snippets from that interview in the above episode of BDTV. Enjoy.
